Our story began in Manisa Salihli, a generous olive, and grapevine in the northwest of the Aegean Region, which Evliya Çelebi calls "the place where oil flows from its mountains and honey from its plains".
Since 2006, we have brought together the wise tree of centuries, the olive tree, and the mother earth with effort. We took care of our olive seedlings, each leaf of which has a different story, as if they were our children. Our children grew, and as they grew older, their skirts and leaves swept our land.
