We are making our dreams come true "so that the use of olive oil increases in our lives". Even though the adventure has just begun, our experiences, our organic farm which consists of our own trees, our air, and our water, are all ready.
LAL is sometimes to be silent like an olive tree for centuries. Even though every part of it has a curing effect, just being silent and speaking through its leaves and telling thousands of years of knowledge.
There is health in every leaf, there is healing, and there is respect. We raised our children in accordance with this respect, without separating them from nature. In order for them to be organic, we did not allow any lies to their stories and lives.
Our children have grown, our dreams have grown, and our quality has grown. We decided now it is not the time to be silent anymore, but it is time to talk through our products and thus our LAL journey has begun.

Our organic farm is located in Delibaşlı village, 26 km from the Salihli district of Manisa. It neighbors the Demirköprü dam area. Away from environmental factors that will constrain agricultural production, we grow and process our products with natural methods, clean air, and the water cycle.
The olives are harvested in October-December with the help of human labor and machine, without any contact with the soil.
